We are so pleased that Fuel America gave us access to watch them roast, brew, and serve their fine product at their Worcester, Mass. cafe, which is also the location of their roastery, on March 28th.  Great cafe, friendly staff, fine product!  Head roaster, Justin Enis, sat down (er, we actually made him stand) for an insightful interview where he talked about his passion for coffee, his concerns as well as his optimism for the future of the coffee industry, and how Fuel America is continuing to meet the needs and tastes of its clientele.  We look forward to bolstering the partnership between Fuel America and The Future of Coffee as we continue in the production of our film.
